Vitsœ talks: Nicholas Felton
18 March 2011

How many emails did you send yesterday? How many times did you listen to your favorite album last month? Which global cities did you visit over the course of the past year? All of us amass a collection of unwieldy facts and figures, without realizing it, as we go about our lives.
One person who spends more time than most thinking about data, charts and daily routines is Nicholas Felton. He is the author of several personal annual reports that collate countless measurements into a rich assortment of graphs and maps reflecting the year’s activities.
Felton is also the co-founder of daytum.com, a site for counting and communicating daily data, and is a celebrated designer of information graphics.
Join us for the inaugural New York Vitsœ talks event in the intimate and understated setting of our Bond Street shop where Felton will describe the many processes and approaches behind his 2010 Annual Report.
Representing the first public discussion on the making of the 2010 report, the evening will be a window into the data set Felton abstracted to create this piece.
